Vegan Caramel Cocktail
Blended with our Coco Caramel Chip vegan ice cream, this sweet treat is sure to put a smile on your face. The coconut and cashew base is a great dairy-free alternative that definitely doesn’t compromise on flavour.
What you'll need (serves 2):
- 2 scoops of our Coco Caramel Ice Cream
- 2 shots of Bailey's Almande (or other favourite boozy vegan concoction)
- 1/4 cup of ice
- 1/4 cup of dairy-free milk
Blend everything until smooth - for extra pizzazz you can add coconut flakes or rock sugar to the rim of the glass.
