What you’ll need:
- 1-2 scoops Coconut Cream Pie ice cream
- 1/4 cup mango or frozen mango chunks
- 1/4 cup granola
- Coconut shreds for topping (optional)
What to do:
Layer mango, ice cream and granola in a tall serving dish. Sprinkle coconut topping and enjoy!
