Wicked Wednesday: Spicy Mango Daiquiri
This #WickedWednesday we made the perfect sweet & spicy daiquiri using our new Mango Heat ice cream, Yongehurst rum and homemade mango lemonade.
What you need:
- 1.5 ounces of Yongehurst Rum
- 1 cup of mango lemonade (3/4 cup fresh mango juice, 1 fresh squeezed lemon, 1 fresh squeezed lime, 1/4 cup water)
- 2 scoops of our Mango Heat ice cream
- Cane sugar & Grains of Pain salt for rimming your glass
- Lime slices for garnish
What to do:
- Grab your blender and buzz it all together!
- Rim your glass using a wedge of lime, then dip it into your salt and sugar mix
- Pour into your glass and garnish with a lime slice
