Wicked Wednesday: Chocolate Rose Collins
This #WickedWednesday on the eve of Valentine's Day, we're bringing the tradition of flowers and chocolate to a cocktail... and turning it into an ice cream cocktail.
What you need:
- 2 oz of Dillon's Rose Gin
- 1 oz of fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Raspberry lemonade Booch kombucha
- Scoop of Chocolate Truffle Sorbet
How to make it:
- In a tall glass, add the fresh lemon juice and gin and give it a quick stir
- Pour the kombucha on top to fill the glass 3/4 full
- Add the scoop of Chocolate Truffle sorbet on top then stir to combine
