Wicked Wednesday: Raspberry Hibiscus Gose Float

Forget the mixing and shaking and stirring - this week we did exactly as Left Field Brewery suggests and simply paired their Go-Ahead Raspberry Hibiscus Gose with scoops of ice cream.

To match the fruity floral notes of this gose, we added scoops of our High Tea ice cream: vanilla ice cream, steeped in lavender earl grey tea with swirls of lemon curd.
