Wicked Wednesday: Kiwi Kolada
The first #WickedWednesday of the year is a Kiwi Kolada made with our Arctic Kiwi Sorbet, Yongehurst Harbour rum and Cha's Organics coconut milk.
What you need to make it:
- 1.5 cups of coconut milk
- 4 scoops of our Arctic Kiwi Sorbet
- 2 ounces of Yongehurst harbour rum
- 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice
- Slices of orange and lemon for garnish
What to do:
- Blend the coconut milk, lemon juice, rum and 3 scoops of the sorbet together
- Pour into a tall glass 3/4 full then add the last scoop on top
- Garnish your glass
- Try not to drink it all in 5 minutes like I did
