The week is halfway through and we're celebrating with another #WickedWednesday ice cream cocktail. This time we made a Lemon Thyme Gin Fizz with Willibald gin and Good Vibes kombucha.
What you need:
- Two mini scoops of our Lemon Thyme Sorbet
- Good Vibes Watermelon Hibiscus Kombucha
- 1.5 ounces of Willibald Gin
- thyme or lemon slices for garnish
What to do:
- Fill a small glass half full with kombucha
- Add the gin and stir
- Top with scoops of sorbet then garnish
- Easy-peasy lemon breezy!
