Four All Ice Cream

On a dreary #WickedWednesday like today, we need a pick-me-up. The Irish Coffee cocktail is a classic remedy for wet weather, so we married it with the truest of comfort foods: ice cream. 

 

 Four All Ice Cream

 

What you need:

  • Two small scoops of our Gianduia (vegan chocolate hazelnut) ice cream
  • 1.5 oz irish whiskey (we suggest Two Gingers)
  • 6 oz of coffee (we suggest beans from Show & Tell in Kitchener or BRCH in Waterloo)

 

What to do with it all:

  1. Add whiskey to your favourite mug
  2. Brew your coffee, then add it on top of the whiskey and give it a quick stir
  3. Top it off with your scoops of Gianduia
