Treat yourself to a refreshing, sweet cocktail made with local Willibald Distillery Gin and our Grapefruit Hibiscus Sorbet!

 

Four All Ice Cream

 

What you need:

  • 2 oz of Willibald Gin
  • 3/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
  • Soda water of your choice (or try it with kombucha!)
  • Small scoops of our Grapefruit Hibiscus Sorbet
  • lemon and grapefruit slices for garnish

 

How to make it:

  1. Add the gin and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  2. Shake well then strain into a glass with some cubes
  3. Fill the glass 3/4 full with soda water then add the scoop of sorbet
  4. Garnish and enjoy!
