Four All Ice Cream, raspberry daiquiri

Summer is almost in full effect, which means it's time to bust out the fancy drinks and enjoy a little ice cream with your #WickedWednesday.

 

Yongehurst Distillery Co. in Toronto has a delicious rum to take this yummy Raspberry Daiquiri to the next level. 

 

What you need (2 servings):

  • 3 scoops of our Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1/4 cup of Yongehurst Harbour Rum

Throw all your ingredients into a blender and combine until smooth.
