It's time to start the year off right, just like you start of the day with a hearty breakfast. That's why we brought you the epitome of tasty breakfasts: Waffle & Bacon.

This Foodie flavour of ours is made with gluten-free waffles that we make ourselves, locally-made bacon from Bread Baron and local maple syrup ice cream thanks to Snyder's Heritage Farm. In fact, this ice cream is one made without any cane sugar and sweetened only with maple syrup. Yup!

This unreal ice cream now part of our Seasonal 4-pack on the Online Store. You can also find it in cubes and scoops at our Tasting Room, open Friday-Saturday 12-7pm and Sunday 12-5pm.
