It's finally plum season and we're making sorbet for days.
We're sourcing our Golden Plums from a KW local company called The Good Peach, run by an awesome woman named Heather. She brings us the most beautiful plums straight from Niagara Region.
What makes this flavour extra special is the Ginger Mint that we get from Brad at Farm Craft Organics in Fergus, Ontario. Unique to your typical spearmint, Ginger Mint is just how it sounds... Gingery Mint! We infuse our sorbet base with Brad's mint before we mix in our roasted Golden Plums.
Then we churn it into yet another magical sorbet creation! You don't believe in magic? You'll just have to come taste it for yourself then at the Tasting Room.
