Valentine's is just one more #WickedWednesday away! We made a Rose Gin Fizz ice cream cocktail with Willibald Gin, Lemon La Croix, and scoops of our Queen of Roses ice cream.
Here's what to do:
- Grab your fanciest cocktail glass
- Pour in the sparkling water until the glass is 3/4 full
- Add 1-2 ounces of gin and give it a quick stir
- Top it with 1-2 small scoops of Queen of Roses
- Stir to combine & steal hearts with this tasty cocktail
