Peppermint Martini

It's time again for holiday ice cream cocktails! This week for #WickedWednesday, we made a peppermint martini.

 

Let's get to it:

  • Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes, then add 2 1/2 oz of gin and 4 oz of Eby Manor 4.8% milk
  • Stir for 30 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled martini glass
  • Add a scoop of our White Chocolate Candy Cane ice cream on top
  • Garnish with crushed candy canes
