Inspired by The Kraken, our Dark & Stormy Ice Cream tastes like ginger, lime and rum. Everything you need for a Dark & Storm Ice Cream Cocktail.

Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1
What you need:
- A jar of Four All Ice Cream's Dark & Stormy Ice Cream
- 1 - 2 ounces of your favourite dark rum (we had to try Kraken spiced rum)
- Ginger Beer (we used Fever Tree)
- 1 Lime, cut into wedges
What to do:
- Place 2 scoops into the bottom of a tall glass
- Pour 1 - 2 shots of dark rum over the ice cream
- Top up your glass with ginger beer
- Squeeze lime juice into your glass
- Stir with a straw, and
- Enjoy!
