Try This At Home: Spice Girl French Toast
Spice up your life with this Spice Girl French Toast! Nothing is better than starting your day with ice cream for breakfast!

*There are no eggs used in this recipe so that you can make this if you are vegan too! Just use our Chocolate Chai Sorbet!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based milk)
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 slices of bread (use gluten-free if needed)
- 3 tablespoons butter for frying (use vegan if preferred)
- One jar of Spice Girl Ice Cream
Steps:
- Whisk together the milk, cornstarch, flaxseeds, baking powder, cinnamon, maple syrup, and vanilla in a shallow bowl that the bread will fit in.
- Add some butter to a pan over medium-heat and melt.
- Once the ingredients in the bowl are mixed together fully, dip each side of the bread in and soak for about 10 seconds.
- Cook the bread on the pan for 3 minutes or until golden brown and repeat with the remaining pieces of bread.
- Serve with a scoop of spice girl ice cream on top. Enjoy!
