Try This At Home: Cube Cookie Sandwiches
You've finally picked up your favourite cube of Four All ice cream. So now what? Devour the whole box? Perhaps. But you could also make some delicious ice cream cookie sandwiches!
Let me show you how:
- Head on over to Smile Tiger Coffee Roasters or J&P Grocery and pick up a couple of their delicious breakfast cookies (which just happen to be GF & Vegan, but you won't believe it)!
- At home, take out your Four All cube (we chose to use our Foodie flavour: Cream of Earl Grey & Honey - takes just like breakfast!) and a long knife. Open your pint and cut out a square of ice cream from one of the sides. For this sandwich, we cut out two squares and stacked them.
- Place the ice cream squares between your cookies then cut your cookie sandwich in half. Share if you so wish, but I mean... c'mon...
