Feature Flavour Friday: New February Flavours
Here's our full line-up of our seasonal February flavours. This month's theme is Chocolate & Flowers!
Foodie
Queen of Roses - a rosewater ice cream with caramelized white chocolate freckled throughout. This ice cream will have you curious and leave you feeling like royalty all month.
Lavender Honey - an old fan favourite brought back to life! Sweetened only with local honey from Nith Valley Apiaries and steeped with fragrant dried lavender.
Classic
Chocolate Caramel Crunch - made with the sweet-tooths in mind; a chocolatey ice cream with hunks of crunchy then gooey caramels made locally by Hugo & Nate Confections.
Maple Walnut - another slow rotating flavour that we you can look forward to for the month. Sweetened only with local maple syrup from Synder's Heritage Farms and decorated with yummy roasted walnuts.
Childhood
Cinnamon Heart Spice - reminiscent of those spicy cinnamon heart candies that were too harsh to enjoy when you were little. We skipped the candies but brought every essence of the memory, plus a fudge swirl... because... chocolate!
Chocolate Chip - nothing so plain and simple has ever tasted so good! Our classic vanilla ice cream with little slivers of chocolate.
Vegan
Chocolate Truffle - a chocolate sorbet! Can you believe it? We hardly can because this sorbet is so rich and creamy... are we sure we aren't dreaming? Oh well...
Hibiscus Rosehip Sorbet - a perfect pairing to the Chocolate Truffle sorbet. Light and refreshing, you can skip the bouquet of flowers and just bring cubes of this sorbet instead!
