Feature Flavour Friday: Honey Chamomile

Sweet, florally, goodness. Nothing says "Hello Spring" like our foodie ice cream flavour: Honey Chamomile.

We infuse our ice cream base with local dried chamomile flowers from Nature's Pharm and Nith Valley Apiaries honey overnight. The process is very similar to our Core Four flavour Thundering Espresso. It's light, creamy and perfect for an after dinner treat.
