This #featureflavourfriday we're talking about a special run ice cream made through a collaboration with Descendants Brewery in Kitchener! Why? Because it's Friday... We all deserve our alcohol mixed into some ice cream.
This rich and chocolatey ice cream is made with Descendants Hugh O'Neil Double Stout beer. We also make our own oat brittle using gluten-free oats and our salted caramel. We freeze the brittle then smash it into smaller bits and sprinkle it throughout as the ice cream is being churned.
The combination may have you wondering what you're tasting in each lick, but you'll love every taste!
