Ingredients:

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

1 tbsp sugar 

1/4 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

2 tbsp milk (any kind—dairy or plant-based)

1 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp white chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)

Four All’s white chocolate cherry swirl ice cream


How to Make:

Mix together the dry ingredients in a mug (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt). Next, add the milk, oil and vanilla and stir again. 

Fold in the chocolate chips, then microwave for 1 minute. 

Top with Four All’s white chocolate cherry swirl ice cream and enjoy!
