We enjoy a little coffee or espresso after dinner, and we definitely enjoy it with a little something #Wicked. For this #WickedWednesday we've added our Vanilla Bean ice cream to this Boozy Coffee to add sweetness and a smooth finish. We hope you love it as much as we did!

What you need:

• 1 scoop Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
• 4-4 oz freshly brewed coffee (or one espresso)
• 1 shot brandy (did you know brandy is sometimes used as an after-dinner digestif? All the more reason to enjoy after dinner!) 
• 1 orange peel 

Directions:

1. Pour shot of brandy into hot coffee.
2. Lightly burn orange peel with lighter (careful not burn your fingers)
3. Add peel to coffee and stir - this will release the oils into the drink to flavour your yummy coffee
4. Add 1 scoop of Vanilla Bean ice cream to top
5. Enjoy right away!
