Wicked Wednesday: Tom Collins Float
The Tom Collins is a classic cocktail dating back to the 1800s and we're here to put a fun summer twist on your glass!
What you need:
- Soda water (we used Peach Pear flavoured La Croix)
- Fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1.5 ounces of Willibald Strawberry Rhubarb Gin
- One scoop of our Roasted Strawberry Rhubarb Sorbet
What to do:
- First, fill your glass 3/4 full with the soda water
- Squeeze your lemon in the glass or add 2-3 slices into the water
- Pour in your gin, then give it all a quick stir
- Last but definitely not least, add your scoop of sorbet right on top
