Try This At Home: Crustless Peach Pie
Peach season is here and we're bringing back one of our fave recipes to help you get through your fruit box. Welcome the unbeatable combo of warm cinnamon brown sugar and sweet peaches.
What you need:
- 1 large scoop from a jar of our Peach Crumble Ice Cream
- 2 fresh peaches
- 1 Tbsp of butter
- 2 tsp of brown sugar
- 2 tsp of cinnamon
- a fresh garnish, such as mint
What to do:
1. First, cut the 2 peaches into small slices. Then add your butter to a frying pan set just below medium heat. Make sure your butter is evenly distributed on the pan then toss in your peaches and reduce heat. Sprinkle on the brown sugar and cinnamon, and add more of either depending on how you like it.
2. Once your peaches are nice and soft and your kitchen smells like a dream, move your peaches to a plate and add a touch more cinnamon. Then take a scoop of ice cream from your jar and put it on top!
