Wicked Wednesday: Lavender Bees Knees Float
Here's a twist on the classic Bees Knees cocktail with our Lavender Honey Ice Cream. This boozy & floral drink will be a great addition to your Easter brunch and egg hunts!
What you need:
- 2 ounces of Willibald Pink Gin
- 1 ounce of fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 ounce honey (or to taste)
- Sparkling water
- 2 scoops of our Lavender Honey Ice Cream
What to do:
- Add a 1/2 cup of ice to a cocktail shaker then add the gin, lemon juice and honey.
- Shake very well and pour into large glass or mason jar.
- Top of with sparkling water and ice cream!
