Wicked Wednesday: Liquid Leprechaun Shake
Alcohol and ice cream...what more can you ask for on St. Patty's Day?
What you need:
- 1/3 cup Eby Manor Whole Milk
- ¼ tsp peppermint extract
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 5 drops of green food colouring
- 1 oz white rum
- 1 oz Irish cream liqueur
- 3 scoops of our Coconut Cream Pie Ice Cream
- whipped cream
- a maraschino cherry
What to do:
- Throw your ice cream, extracts, alcohol and food colouring in a blender and blend.
- Top with whipped cream and a cherry.
- Grab a straw and enjoy!
