Wicked Wednesday: A Fuzzy Plum

Summer is almost over?! We refuse to accept this fact. In fact, we've made a wicked drink to soothe this thought and revitalize summer vibes.

First we picked up some Queen Street 501 semi-sweet cider from Brickworks Ciderhouse and poured it into one of our favourite glasses made by KW artist BRFC. Then we introduced it to our Plum & Mint Sorbet and it was love at first sight! 

We filled our glass just about full and added just one scoop of the sorbet. However, as we got low we added another scoop... then another...
