Mango Lime Tarts

These refreshing Mango Lime Tarts are a perfect combination of sweet, tangy, and creamy! With a simple graham cracker crust and our Mango Lime Sorbet, they’re a delightful, no-bake treat. Topped with mint and raspberries, these tarts are easy to make and perfect for a super cool dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup melted butter (or vegan butter)
  • Pint of Four All’s Mango Lime Sorbet
  • Optional: Mint and raspberries

How to make:

  • Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and salt together. Then add in the melted butter and mix until fully combined.
  • Using a fork or spoon, press the graham cracker mixture into a lined cupcake tray and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  • Next, add a scoop of Four All’s Mango Lime Sorbet on top of each graham cracker crust. Using a spatula, flatten the ice cream down, and freeze for an hour. 
  • Top with a mint leaf and raspberry, serve immediately, and enjoy!
