With July around the corner we are all dreaming of lounging on the beach rather than sitting at work. This Wicked Wednesday we made a bubbly berry Bellini for a fruity escape to the long weekend! 

This drink is super simple with only 2 ingredients! Usually to make a Bellini fruit puree is mixed with simple syrup, but we've already done that step for you. All that's left to do now  is scoop some Hero Swirl into a fancy glass and pour in your favourite champagne. This week we have opted for a stronger option and added some Yongehurst Rum which is also delicious!
