Wicked Wednesday: Frosty Pink Lady
On #WickedWednesday, we drink pink. Here's our take on a retro 1950s cocktail.
Here's what you need to make a (vegan) ice cream-y twist on the classic Pink Lady cocktail:
- 2 scoops of our Grapefruit Hibiscus Sorbet
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1.5 oz of Gin
- Orange slice to garnish (and to squeeze on top)
How to make it:
- Blend together the coconut cream, sorbet and gin
- Pour into a tall glass or a martini glass
- Garnish with an orange slice (we used a Cara Cara orange) and be sure to squeeze the orange on top before you enjoy
