Wicked Wednesday: Chocolate Cherry Whiskey Sour

Kick back and relax with a sweet and local Ontario favourite!

What you need:

• 2 scoops of our Chocolate Mud Puddle Ice Cream
• Sour Cherry and Mint Soda from The County Bounty Artisanal Soda Co.
• 2 ounces of Dillion's Rye Whiskey
• 1 ounce of fresh lemon juice
• Blood orange to garnish

What to do:

1. Add the whiskey and lemon juice to a lowball glass
2. Fill the glass 3/4 full with the soda and give a quick stir
3. Top with the scoop of Chocolate Mud Puddle (stir as it melts)
4. Garnish with blood orange slices
5. Sit back and enjoy!
