Try This At Home: GF Baked Oatmeal
This Baked Oatmeal will sure be a GREAT start to your morning. Who doesn't want to eat ice cream for breakfast?!

What you need:
  • 2 cups gluten-free old-fashioned oats (we got ours from Gluten Free by Suzie at The Boardwalk in Kitchener!)
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1-1/4 cups unsweetened oat milk
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Any toppings you'd like (we used walnuts, but you could try chopped apple too!)
  • Scoops of our breakfast inspired flavours (But any Four All ice cream will work)

 

 

What to do:

  1. Combine oats, brown sugar, spices and salt in a large bowl
  2. Stir in oat milk and melted butter
  3. Pour in an 8 inch square baking dish
  4. Sprinkle with toppings
  5. Bake uncovered at 350° for 30-35 minutes!
  6. Cut into squares and top with our limited edition breakfast inspired flavours
