Try This At Home: GF Baked Oatmeal
This Baked Oatmeal will sure be a GREAT start to your morning. Who doesn't want to eat ice cream for breakfast?!
What you need:
- 2 cups gluten-free old-fashioned oats (we got ours from Gluten Free by Suzie at The Boardwalk in Kitchener!)
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1-1/4 cups unsweetened oat milk
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Any toppings you'd like (we used walnuts, but you could try chopped apple too!)
- Scoops of our breakfast inspired flavours (But any Four All ice cream will work)
What to do:
- Combine oats, brown sugar, spices and salt in a large bowl
- Stir in oat milk and melted butter
- Pour in an 8 inch square baking dish
- Sprinkle with toppings
- Bake uncovered at 350° for 30-35 minutes!
- Cut into squares and top with our limited edition breakfast inspired flavours
