Try This At Home: Ice Cream Mug Cake
No messy kitchen is required when making this vanilla mug cake topped with our maple rum raisin ice cream! It is made within minutes, uses only a few ingredients, and tastes amazing!

*Vegan Version: You can use any of our vegan flavours with this vanilla mug cake. Swap the milk with a plant-based milk.Â

What you need:Â
- 5 tbsp all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 ½ tbsp coconut oil, melted (or use melted butter)
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 jar of Four All’s Maple Rum Raisin ice cream

What to do:
- In a microwave safe mug, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add the coconut oil, milk, and vanilla and mix with a fork ensuring that there are no clumps and the flour mixture is not stuck to the bottom of the mug.Â
- Cook for two minutes in the microwave and top with a scoop of maple rum raisin ice cream, enjoy!
