Try This At Home: Ice Cream Mug Cake

Mug Cake

No messy kitchen is required when making this vanilla mug cake topped with our maple rum raisin ice cream! It is made within minutes, uses only a few ingredients, and tastes amazing!

*Vegan Version: You can use any of our vegan flavours with this vanilla mug cake. Swap the milk with a plant-based milk.

What you need: 

  • 5 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ½ tbsp coconut oil, melted (or use melted butter)
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 jar of Four All’s Maple Rum Raisin ice cream

 

What to do:

  1. In a microwave safe mug, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add the coconut oil, milk, and vanilla and mix with a fork ensuring that there are no clumps and the flour mixture is not stuck to the bottom of the mug. 
  2. Cook for two minutes in the microwave and top with a scoop of maple rum raisin ice cream, enjoy!
