Try This At Home: Gluten-Free Vanilla Cupcakes
Even though today marks the end of our birthday month, it's never too late for cake.
What you need:
- 1 jar of our Birthday Cake Ice Cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 eggs yolks
- 1/4 brown sugar
- 1/4 white sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup gluten-free flour
- Naturally coloured sprinkles
What to do:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 Degrees
- Combine vanilla and melted butter and set aside
- Whisk together eggs, egg yolks, sugars and salt
- Fold in flour
- Fold in butter vanilla mixture
- Fill a cupcake tray with each cup half full
- Bake for 15-18 minutes and allow to cool
- Add 1 scoop of our Birthday Cake Ice Cream on top of each cupcake and freeze for 30 minutes.
