Try This At Home: 3-Ingredient Vegan Brownie Sundae

Brownie Sundae

It's National Ice Cream Day this Sunday, July 17th and we cannot be more excited!! Just 3 ingredients AND vegan, we'll be munching all day long on this Everything But The Kitchen Sink Brownie Sundae.

 

What you need:

  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup natural almond butter
  • 1/4 cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • Jars of your favourite Four All scoops
  • Your favourite toppings (we chose whipped cream, fudge sauce, caramel sauce, rainbow sprinkles, m&m's, almonds and chocolate chunks)

 

What to do:

  1. Mash bananas
  2. Mix in almond butter and cocoa powder
  3. Bake in a 9-inch pan at 350 degrees for 22 minutes
  4. Let cool and cut into squares
  5. Put one (or 2 or 3) in a bowl and top with your favourite Four All scoops
  6. Load it up with all your favourite toppings!
