This Tuesday we are exploring edible flowers! If you look closely at our Cream of Earl Grey And Honey ice cream you will likely notice tiny blue flower petals. These are Cornflower petals and as it turns out are delicious in and out of ice cream!

Sweetened completely with local honey from Nith Valley Apiaries and flavoured with delicious Earl Grey from Genuine Tea our Cream Of Earl Grey And Honey offers the perfect backdrop for some floral decorating!

Want to try your hand at ice cream floristry? All you’ll need is a cube of our Cream of Earl Grey And Honey ice cream and some Cornflower (often called bachelor's button) blossoms.  You can buy some at Steckle farm where Joel and his family grow the tastiest flowers in town and go wild accessorizing your cone.
