This tell all Thursday we are introducing a new supplier! Our beloved Espresso Ice Cream will now be flavoured with MadCat Espresso from one of our neighbors at Graffiti Market, Red Circle Coffee Co.

Graham and his wife Monica originally started out in Cambridge opening up Monigram Coffee Roasters.  With a similar concept to Fourall’s Tasting Room Monigram Coffee was intended mainly as a roastery and wholesale location where coffee lovers could sample Monigram’s products. Monigram Coffee however quickly turned into a staple café in Cambridge with coffee lovers filling up the shop. Monigram Coffee now both wholesales coffee to businesses like FourAll as well as maintains its awesome café.

As you have likely heard Red Circle Coffee Co. by Monigram is opening its doors in Catalyst 137 on Glasgow. Discussing with Graham the excitement of Graffiti Market’s opening we agreed that the community of businesses assembled under one roof will provide an amazing space for  collaboration. Not only does Red Circle Coffee Co. provide their amazing beans for our ice cream, but their delicious coffee can also be found in Red Circle Brewing’s coffee porter Night Shift!

MadCat Espresso is a two bean blend from Brazil and Ethiopia and one of Monigram’s signature roasts. Graham describes MadCat as a very versatile espresso as it has such a broad flavour from the rich chocolaty tones of Brazil to the brighter and more citrus notes of Ethiopia.

Like all our suppliers Red Circle Coffee Co. is dedicated to roasting, brewing and of course pouring the highest quality coffee they possibly can.
