Feature Sunday: Eby Manor Guernsey Milk
Have you ever spotted a bottle like this around KW? We have! This right here is Eby Manor’s Guernsey milk - a key ingredient in our ice cream. Eby Manor farm has been operating in Waterloo County for over 60 years, where quality milk and cream are produced with care by 60 Guernsey cows who only eat locally sourced, non-GMO feed.
Why Guernsey milk?
Aside from its rich and full flavour, Guernsey milk is naturally higher in nutrients such as beta-carotene and calcium, and it has a different casein protein called A2. This means that people who experience milk intolerance can comfortably drink this because A2 protein does not cause reactions such as stomach problems, migraines and eczema like A1 protein can.
