In anticipation of tomorrow's ice cream tasting at Smile Tiger Coffee Roasters, we are featuring one of our Core Four flavours: Thundering Espresso! Made with Smile Tiger's Thunder Peel espresso beans.

These rich espresso beans are ground just enough then infused with our ice cream base overnight. The next morning, we strain the beans and churn to create this beautifully rich flavour that you would maybe consider having in the morning with your eggs.
