Gluten-Free Deconstructed Pumpkin Pie

Gluten-Free Deconstructed Pumpkin Pie

Hands up if you’ve watched The Bear and wish you could try one of the recipes from the show? You’re just in luck, we have a super simple but classy recipe today; a deconstructed pumpkin pie.

All you need is Bob’s Red Mill gluten free oats, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

We took three scoops of our Pumpkin Pie ice cream and topped it with the oat mixture plus some candied pecans, and a drizzle of caramel sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill gluten free oats
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Caramel sauce
  • Candied pecans
  • Four All’s Pumpkin Pie ice cream

How to Make:

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Make the oat crumble by mixing the oats, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Bake on a baking sheet for 8-10 minutes.
  • Allow to cool completely before placing a layer of oat crumble on a plate with a handful of candied pecans. Add a spoonful of Four All’s pumpkin pie ice cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
