Gluten-Free Deconstructed Pumpkin Pie

Hands up if you’ve watched The Bear and wish you could try one of the recipes from the show? You’re just in luck, we have a super simple but classy recipe today; a deconstructed pumpkin pie.
All you need is Bob’s Red Mill gluten free oats, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
We took three scoops of our Pumpkin Pie ice cream and topped it with the oat mixture plus some candied pecans, and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill gluten free oats
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Caramel sauce
- Candied pecans
- Four All’s Pumpkin Pie ice cream
How to Make:
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Make the oat crumble by mixing the oats, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Bake on a baking sheet for 8-10 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before placing a layer of oat crumble on a plate with a handful of candied pecans. Add a spoonful of Four All’s pumpkin pie ice cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
