Frequently Asked Questions: Behind-the-Scoop
1. How many people can book the experience at a time?
Our facility can hold 12 participants for each time slot. You can book individually, in pairs or in small and large groups.
2. Can I bring my kids?
We kindly ask that all participants are 12 years or older. We will be hosting a few kid-focused workshops in March which will allow younger children to participate! Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when booking is available.
3. Is the price of $98 per person?
Yes! The fee of $98 is required for each participant, which includes the cost of the tour, workshop and four pints of your ice cream creations, as well as special perks for attending, like samples and exclusive discount codes.
4. GIFTING - If I'm booking as a gift for someone else, how do I give them their gift?
For local residents, you can come pick up a ticket for them at our DTK location. This ticket will include a one-time code to receive 100% off their booking online. The recipient can choose their desired date and time to attend.
For out-of-town customers, please request that we send you a digital ticket and code for the recipient of the gift. The recipient can then choose their desired date and time to attend once they receive the ticket.
5. CANCELLATION - What happens if I need to cancel my workshop booking?
A: If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to obtain a full refund or store credit. No refunds or credits will be issued to requests with less than 48 hours notice.
6. BAD WEATHER - What if bad weather prevents me from attending or causes the workshop to be canceled?
A: Your safety is our priority! If bad weather prevents you from attending or requires us to cancel a session, we will offer a full refund or store credit to use toward another workshop or item of your choice. We'll keep you informed via email and provide updates as soon as possible.
Q: WAITLIST - How can I join the waitlist for a sold-out workshop?
A: If a workshop is sold out, please send us an email at letsconnect@fourall.ca with the sold out date you are interested in. If a spot becomes available, we’ll notify everyone on the waitlist at the same time. Spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend keeping an eye on your email to secure your place quickly.
