Ready to order your Ice Cream Subscription?
Check out these frequently asked questions.
1. Can I choose the flavours in my box?
Subscription boxes are curated by our team, so flavours can’t be selected individually, but that’s part of the fun! You’ll get seasonal creations, fan favourites, and exclusive flavours you can’t buy anywhere else.
2. Will I know the flavours ahead of time?
We usually keep the monthly lineup a surprise, but we may share sneak peeks on social media or in your confirmation emails.
3. How do I know which month my subscription starts?
Cut off dates will be updated each month. Current cut off:
- Orders placed from now until February 15th, 2026 will receive their first subscription box in March.
- Any orders placed after February 15th will receive their first subscription box in early April.
Future cut offs:
- Must order by the 15th of each month to receive the next month's box
4. Can I pause or skip a month?
You sure can!
If you know you will need to pause or skip when purchasing a subscription, please include a note at checkout with that information. For all pause requests, you must include a start and end date for the pause.

If you would like to request a change in delivery frequency instead of monthly, please email letsconnect@fourall.ca with your order number and request.
All subscriptions must be fulfilled within 12 months of purchase.
5. Can I change the shipping address after purchasing?
Yes — as long as your box hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us and we can update your address before the fulfillment window.
6. What happens if my box arrives late or melted?
If your box experiences a shipping issue or arrives melted, reach out to us right away. We’ll help make it right.
7. How do I safely handle the dry ice included in the box?
Depending on where your order is going, you may receive a box with or without dry ice. One of our delivery partners offers frozen storage, so should your subscription box be delivered through them, dry ice will not be included. If your box does include dry ice, please see below:
Dry ice is very cold (-78.5 °C / -109 °F) and needs careful handling: Please DO NOT touch the dry ice with your bare hands.
Place the dry ice in a well-ventilated spot and allow it to sublimate (turn to gas). Make sure children and pets can’t access it while it disappears.
Remove your ice creams and transfer them directly to your freezer. The ice cream should set to a normal frozen temperature within 2 hours.
8. Can I order more than one subscription?
Of course! You can purchase multiple subscriptions—great for gifting or sharing with family.
9. Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of ice cream, we don’t accept returns, but if there’s a problem with your box, contact us and we’ll take care of you.
10. Can I cancel my subscription?
Because the subscriptions are prepaid, cancellations mid-term aren’t available. If you have a special circumstance, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
11. Is the packaging recyclable?
Most components of the packaging are recyclable. Check the recycling symbols on the box and insulation materials.
12. Can I add a gift message?
Yes! You can leave a note during checkout, and we’ll include a handwritten note card with the recipient’s first box.
13. How do I track my shipment?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your box goes out. You will be notified when it's on the way to you!
14. Do you ship outside Ontario?
At this time, we only ship within Ontario for quality control and freshness.
15. How long will the dry ice last?
Dry ice typically lasts 24–48 hours in our insulated packaging. This keeps your ice cream perfectly frozen during transit.
16. I’m vegan. Can I get a plant-based subscription?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that each box will contain all plant-based flavours, but we will aim to include at least one plant-based flavour each month. Check out our current plant-based flavours here and build your own bundle: https://shop.fourall.ca/collections/vegan-1
