Wicked Wednesday: Frozen Bee's Knees
Our Lavender Honey ice cream is deliciously sweet and floral and is just what is needed as a pick me up on this Freaky Weather Hump Day. This reminds us of the time we used some to make a twist on the classic Bee's Knees cocktail.
Here's what you need:
- 2 scoops of Lavender Honey
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 2 ounces of Willibald gin
- 1 ounce of fresh squeezed lemon juice
All you have to do is blend it all together in the blender! Pour into a tall glass then add lemon slices and fresh lavender to garnish.
