Wicked Wednesday: Chocolate Explosion Martini
This drunken mess is a chocolate lover’s DREAM!
What you need:
- 2 oz. Irish cream liqueur
- 1.5 oz Tag No. 5 Vodka
- 1 small scoop of our Chocolate Truffle Sorbet
- Handful of dark chocolate chips
- Slice of lemon
- Sprinkle of cocoa powder
What to do:
- Blend your Irish cream liqueur, vodka, and ice cream in a blender
- Rub the outside rim of a glass with lemon, then roll in cocoa powder
- Drizzle the inside of the glass with melted dark chocolate chips
- Pour
- Garnish with some chopped chocolate chips and sip away!
