This frosty Blueberry Coconut Pina Colada is a staycationers dream and its vegan! 

All you'll need for 2 Pina Coladas is:

• A cube of our creamy Blueberry Coconut vegan ice cream
• 2 cups of pineapple juice 
• Yongehurst Harbour Rum 
• Some fresh pineapple and blueberries for garnish

Directions

1. Scoop 2 scoops of Blueberry Coconut Vegan ice cream into 2 glasses 
2. Mix a few shots of Yongehurst Harbour Rum into your pineapple juice and poor over your vegan ice cream 
3. Garnish with fresh fruit
