Try This At Home: Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Sundae!
This week we're taking pie with ice cream to the next level with a mouth watering Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Sundae!
What you'll need
- A few scoops of our new Rhubarb Sorbet
- A few scoops of our simple and perfect Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- A cup of fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Ice cream cone for Topper
We've used a cone made with flaky pie crust! if you'd like to do the same simply create a cone shape wit tin foil, wrap with you're favorite pie crust dough and bake upside down on a cookie sheet.
Strawberry Sauce
To make this yummy strawberry sauce simply combine strawberries and sugar in a small sauce pan and heat until strawberries can easily be mashed into gooey ice cream topper!
What to do
Alternate scoops of Vanilla Bean ice cream and Rhubarb sorbet in a small (or huge) bowl and top with strawberry sauce, add your cone on top and dig in!
