Try This At Home: Gluten-Free Matcha Olive Oil Cake
St. Patrick’s Day is coming up fast and we’ve just uncovered a pan of gold! This tray is too good to put down.
What you need:
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Eby Manor Whole Milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup gluten-free all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1-12 tbsp matcha
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 jar of our Chocolate Milk Ice Cream
What to do:
- Preheat the oven to 320F and line a square brownie tray (8x8) with parchment paper.
- In a glass, whisk olive oil and milk
- Then, whisk in eggs and vanilla
- In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients
- Combine the liquid and dry ingredients
- Pour batter into a pan and bake for 45 minutes.
- Serve with a scoop of our Chocolate Milk Ice Cream!
