Tasty Tip: Ice Cream Bread
This miraculous 2-ingredient recipe blew our mind! In less than an hour you can make a delicious quick-bread for breakfast or dessert. Best enjoyed warm with a scoop of ice cream.
What you’ll need:
- 500 ml cube of ice cream, we used our Plain & Perfect Vanilla bean Ice Cream
- 1.5 cups self-rising flour
What to do:
- Melt ice cream.
- Mix ice cream and flour together until moistened.
- Bake in a greased loaf pan for 30 minutes at 350 F.
- Enjoy warm with ice cream!
