Red Velvet Ice Cream Truffles

These gluten-free, gut-friendly truffles are a delightful treat! With a creamy Red Velvet Fudge Ripple ice cream centre, they're coated in rich chocolate for a satisfying bite. Easy to make with just a few ingredients, these truffles are a perfect combination of indulgence and wellness. Add your favourite toppings for an extra burst of flavour! Enjoy a guilt-free, sweet moment with every bite.

Ingredients:

For the Truffle Center:

  • 1 pint of Four All’s Red Velvet Fudge Ice Cream

For the Coating:

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp coconut oil

How to Make:

  1. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between each.
  2. Using a spoon, coat a silicone truffle mold with chocolate. Place in the freezer until solid, then use small spoons to scoop the ice cream into each divot. 
  3. Place in the freezer again until frozen. Then top with more melted chocolate, freeze until solid. 
  4. After taking the chocolates out, top with a drizzle of chocolate and crushed nuts or the toppings of your choosing. 
  5. Enjoy!
