Red Velvet Ice Cream Truffles

These gluten-free, gut-friendly truffles are a delightful treat! With a creamy Red Velvet Fudge Ripple ice cream centre, they're coated in rich chocolate for a satisfying bite. Easy to make with just a few ingredients, these truffles are a perfect combination of indulgence and wellness. Add your favourite toppings for an extra burst of flavour! Enjoy a guilt-free, sweet moment with every bite.
Ingredients:
For the Truffle Center:
- 1 pint of Four All’s Red Velvet Fudge Ice Cream
For the Coating:
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil
How to Make:
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between each.
- Using a spoon, coat a silicone truffle mold with chocolate. Place in the freezer until solid, then use small spoons to scoop the ice cream into each divot.
- Place in the freezer again until frozen. Then top with more melted chocolate, freeze until solid.
- After taking the chocolates out, top with a drizzle of chocolate and crushed nuts or the toppings of your choosing.
