Serves: 2

What you need:

  • 1 jar of Goose Tracks ice cream or Vanilla (or your favourite Four All ice cream)
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • Whipped cream
  • Matcha Powder (or any topping of your choosing)

To make it vegan switch the milk for your dairy-free milk of choice, coconut whipped cream, and your favourite Four All vegan ice cream.  We recommend our Roasted Strawberry Rhubarb Sorbet!

What to do:

  1. Rinse strawberries and cut off the tops.
  2. Dice strawberries to create small pieces.
  3. Toss diced strawberries and sugar together in a small bowl.
  4. Mash strawberry & sugar mix slightly with a fork and place in the fridge to macerate.
  5. Scoop four scoops of Four All Ice cream into the blender (that's the whole jar!) followed by the milk.
  6. Blend the milkshake until all ingredients have a smooth thick consistency.
  7. Split the strawberries between 2 tall glasses, followed by the milkshake.
  8. Mix strawberries into the shake with a spoon.
  9. Top off the milkshake with whipped cream and a shake or 2 of matcha powder.
  10. Drink and Enjoy!
